Raven-Symoné: Same Appetite, Different Attitude

  • During a recent candid interview with Wendy Williams, Raven-Symoné talked about her new body transformation and how she achieved it. Raven told the daytime talk show diva that she still eats what she normally did, but just in smaller portions. She also revealed the key to her transformation was NOT STRESSING. So many of us are constantly plagued by the habit of WORRYING, which causes us to become stressed out and actually shortens our life expectancy. The body is only as strong as the mind. Raven proves that with A LOT of DETERMINATION and DISCIPLINE, you are able to achieve anything. The former child star accomplished this despite her busy schedule (she’s currently working on her new television sitcom, ‘The Great State of Georgia,’ which airs this month).     If your busy schedule makes it hard for you to make it to the gym, try setting up a routine incorporating visits to the gym for total body workouts 3x a week.

    Example:
    Monday: Total Body
    Tuesday: Rest
    Wednesday: Total Body
    Thursday: Rest
    Friday: Total Body
