High Intense Interval Training For Sexy Washboard Abs

  • For all you cardio lovers out there and people looking to lose that excess weight in the stomach area, this one’s for you! Try incorporating this into your weekly routine of cardio to melt your fat away. High Intense Interval Training helps to burn more calories in just a short amount of workout time. You can add this routine to one day of your normal cardio or 3 days to get better and faster results!

    How To Perform:

    Warm up by running or biking for 3 minutes. Your Sprint Pace should be 90% of your max speed, and your Easy Pace should be a little less than 50% of you max speed. When finishing, always end with a cool down period by walking for 3 minutes.

    Equipment Needed:

    - A treadmill, open road, or bike

    - A pair of your favorite Forrest Gumps (aka Running Shoes)!

    - Mind & Heart (aka Determination)

    Flat Tummy Workout

    Week 1: Sprint Pace – 30 sec Easy Pace – 2 min 5 Reps

    Week 2: Sprint Pace – 30 sec Easy Pace – 90 sec 6 Reps

    Week 3: Sprint Pace -1 min Easy Pace – 90 sec 8 Reps

    Week 4: Sprint Pace -1 min Easy Pace -1min 10 Reps

    You will find this workout less monotonous and boring than your everyday running/biking cardio routine, and it will help you burn more calories in 15 minutes than you would if you spent 45-60 minutes on the treadmill or bike!
