Restaurant Pick: Ricardo Steak House
-

As I walked up to Ricardo Steak House, I could feel the energy and ambiance overflowing out onto the streets. My senses were taken over upon entering and being greeted by the hostess; the lively conversation, appetizing scents and pulsating music had me geared up for a good time with this hip, young professional crowd. It was obvious I had stumbled upon Harlem’s new trendy hotspot. I immediately found my way to the bar to try their legendary homemade Sangria. Watching the steaks cook in the open kitchen stirred my appetite, so I grabbed my drink and found a table nestled in the elegant dining room.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, while the menu was packed with awesome appetizers like Angus Empanadas, Sautéed Shrimp and Clams Casino. The dinner menu boasts favorites like Filet Mignon, T-Bone Steak, Porterhouse Steak, Ricardo Surf and Turf, Lobster Ravioli Ricardo, Baked Red Snapper, Grilled Salmon and Chicken Marsala. The restaurant also features a heated outdoor patio for a romantic evening and the lively dining room is a great place to celebrate any occasion. Kudos to brothers Eddie and Jimmy Mateus, who previously found success in real estate and construction, for deciding to embark on a new adventure by opening Ricardo Steak House!
