Jennifer Williams And Other Reality TV Stars Cover J’Adore Magazine’s Reality Issue

J’Adore Magazine pays homage to our favorite reality TV stars in its upcoming reality show issue. Featuring everyone from basketball wives to New York housewives, the issue boasts 4 different covers featuring Giuliana Rancic of E! News, Ramona Singer of Real Housewives of N.Y., Brandon Beemer of Dirty Soap and Jennifer Williams of Basketball Wives.

The mag also features an interesting interview with Los Angeles “basketball wife”, Laura Govan. Check out some of the highlights below:

On Shaunie O’Neal (producer and creator of Basketball Wives):

“I don’t have a relationship with Shaunie and I never will. The information she was given about Shaq and I was false, and she took it and ran with it. I didn’t appreciate it at all and for that reason I will never speak to her again. I don’t have beef with her. If we see each other, I won’t chin check her, but that’s why I chose to do Basketball Wives LA. I wanted people to see exactly who I am opposed to what you heard on Season One: Miami. I mean, there were five grown women talking about me and they had no idea who I was. That was unfair, but it goes to show you where their mentality was.”

On Gilbert Arenas (her on-again, off-again boyfriend/fiancé with whom she shares 4 kids):

“We love each other. Yes, we have our ups and downs, but we have four kids together and like I tell most people, we are doing better than most married couples. I knew the person before I knew the athlete. Whether he still plays ball or not, I’m still going to be married to the person that I fell in love with. We’re not announcing the date yet. When we do, it will be small and intimate. We actually got engaged three years ago. That ring that everyone saw is three years old. If anything, he needs to upgrade that ring. We’ve been together for 10 years.”

You can pick up your copy when it hits newsstands on February 13.

The Real Housewives Of…The Bible?!

Seriously?! Apparently, Ty Adams, a web-based evangelist and author, has created his own version of the wildly popular Real Housewives franchise called The Real Housewives of the Bible. In an interview with CNN, Adams said:

“I was frustrated with the stuff I was seeing…a lot of society is looking towards programming to educate them on relationships, and these shows haven’t effectively done that.”

Unlike the original Real Housewives franchise, The Real Housewives of the Bible is not airing on television, but is being released on DVD. Adams’ goal is to encourage women to approach life and their marriages with a Christian outlook. The Real Housewives of the Bible DVD is set to be released in stores later this month. As the belief in religion during my generation has diminished, some people hope this DVD will give younger women a different outlook on marriage. Thoughts?
